Fix Version/s: (was: trunk)
4.1.0
Moving back to 4.1. Regardless of who takes care of this, we should do it for
4.1 -- it makes it difficult for downstream projects (which Oozie now has) to
use it, and users have been asking for this (and a binary distribution) forever.
