Summary: Make max limit of memory setting in uber mode configurable

in uber mode, we apply heap size limit of 3584m for 32 bit case, which is
hardcoded. but OOM happened in some use case. we can make it configurable
and reduce default value to 3328m (3.25G) based on hadoop folk's suggestion.
