Oozie requires just hadoop-client and few hcat libraries. But now, while
deploying, since we don't know what exact jars are required, we end up copying
hadoop and hcat server classpath. With hadoop-2 and hive-0.13, oozie war ends
up with so many jars and conflicts that console doesn't even come up. So, I
thought we need this. Others, please review
