It's not clear from the docs how to use the Hadoop EL Constants described here:
https://oozie.apache.org/docs/4.1.0/WorkflowFunctionalSpec.html#a4.2.4_Hadoop_EL_Constants
Some examples or more description would be helpful. As-is, it looks like
they're related to the next section on the Hadoop EL Functions.
