I hit the same problem days ago. This is because the previous change made by
[~shwethags] is not backward-compatible. Before, {noformat}mvn clean
-DskipTests package assembly:single{noformat} will do the job. Right now, you
need to specify the uber option and hadoop version like this {noformat}mvn
clean -DskipTests -Puber -Phadoop-2 package assembly:single{noformat} We need
to be really careful when we checked in these features that break backward
compatibility. Previously, [~puru]'s sharelib service is also not backward
compatible. For users, these changes can cause total busting of Oozie.
