1)
bq. String param = "/ws/v1/cluster/apps/" + applicationid;
This is path and not param.
2) urlConn is not closed.
3) WORKFLOW_ACTION_AM_LOG_URL = "amLogUrl"; to LAUNCHER_LOG_URL and
launcherLogURL
