The new patch adds a {{readExternalChildIDs}} method that the
{{HiveActionExecutor}}, {{SqoopActionExecutor}}, and {{Hive2ActionExecutor}}
use. (And any future actions that use {{LauncherMain.writeExternalChildIDs}})
can use it too)
