First of all, both the testcases are not related to the patch.
The testcase
testCoordRerunDateNeg(org.apache.oozie.command.coord.TestCoordRerunXCommand) is
already failing in the trunk without my changes
The testcase
testNone(org.apache.oozie.command.coord.TestCoordActionInputCheckXCommandNonUTC)
works fine in my local, may be some transient issue
