We had couple of cases when pig launcher tried to create a relatively large job
jar on /tmp/ and fail with not enough space.This can be avoided if the launcher
used the current working directory which should have a lot more space. Also,
it'll always get cleaned up by the NodeManager even if the task crashes in the
middle.
