The docs say to download extjs from http://extjs.com/deploy/ext-2.2.zip;
however, that link occasionally doesn't work. It redirects to
http://dev.sencha.com/deploy/ext-2.2.zip anyway, so we may as well update the
docs to point to http://dev.sencha.com/deploy/ext-2.2.zip instead.
