Following the steps here:

when trying to download extjs from link "ExtJS library (optional, to enable
Oozie webconsole) ExtJS 2.2"
redirects to http://www.sencha.com/deploy/ext-2.2.zip which is a custom 404,
searching for ext-2.2.zip on that site gives no result.
