When the launcher job is killed or launcher job is failed, in both the case,
the "counters:jobs:killed" is updated in the instrumentation log. Hence, we
cannot distinguish whether the launcher jobs is killed or failed from seeing
the value of the killed counter. So, we can introduce a new counter "failed",
that will help us to distinguish between whether launcher is failed or killed.
Let me know if there is any other way by which we can distinguish between
launcher kill and fail.
