We currently only ship with HDFS and HCat URIHandlers. Given that custom
URIHandlers aren't common, it would be good to add documentation on others so
it's easier for users to find.
Kite recently built a Kite URIHandler. We should add some docs pointing to it
(probably somewhere on [this
page|http://oozie.apache.org/docs/4.2.0/AG_Install.html] or perhaps a new page).
