Description: We're currently using ActiveMQ 5.8.0. We should use the
latest Java 6 compatible version, 5.10.2, which includes various security and

We can't use the very latest version, 5.11.1, because it's Java 7+ only; things
fail with "Unsupported major.minor version 51.0".
Version 5.10.2 has security and bug fixes, but still works with Java 6.
