Thanks for the clarification, [~rkanter].
One other thing to consider - one AM per user will likely need less Yarn
resources than one per workflow, given a single AM could potentially launch
containers for multiple workflows. Not sure how much that is a concern.
If we choose to go the route of an AM per workflow, we might want to look at
OOZIE-1178.
