The Web Services docs on ["Managing a
Job"|https://oozie.apache.org/docs/4.2.0/WebServicesAPI.html#Managing_a_Job]
talks about various actions you can perform on a job, including a dryrun, with
a PUT command against the job endpoint with a job id. For dryrun, this should
be a POST command against the jobs endpoint.
It's probably best to add a new topic to the page about dryrun. It should look
similar to ["Standard Job
Submission"|https://oozie.apache.org/docs/4.2.0/WebServicesAPI.html#Standard_Job_Submission]
as the semantics and syntax are mostly the same.
