As a system developer, I would like to ask rest service to tell me what
happened between two dates (startScheduledTime,endScheduledTime ), so that I
build tools to monitor Oozie (include Oozie in my existing monitoring services).
Today, the /jobs rest service allows bulk mode, but the bundle name is
mandatory, and define default values to actionStatus (KILLED,FAILED) instead
of searching on any actionStatus (ref,

Impacted class : org.apache.oozie.executor.jpa.BulkJPAExecutor (methods
bundleQuery and statusClause)
