The reason of this problem is that the codehause repository has been closed.
But it is still in pom.xml of oozie 4.2.0. See:
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/34101666/oozie-4-2-0-fails-during-compilation
This issue is fixed in the current trunk and should not happen in the next
build. To fix 4.2.0, just remove the Codehaus repository from the pom.xml as
suggested in the link above.
