MAPREDUCE-6472 fixed the issue in Hadoop 2.7 and OOZIE-2260 is not required
for Hadoop 2.7 and above. So make it configurable that it can be turned off.
We can set to true by default as Hadoop 2.6 is the one widely in use now. For
the next Oozie release we can change the default to false when Hadoop 2.7 gets
more wider adoption.
