We had taken care of this before in OOZIE-1628, and I updated our release
guide.
The Oozie website correctly links to the archived versions of 4.1.0 and 4.0.1,
but it looks like we forgot to delete them from the mirroring system when we
made subsequent releases. I'll take care of that now.
