I'll revisit this since it's been a long time since I looked at either this or
OOZIE-2245, but we could always modify OOZIE-2245 to be non-periodic. Running
it every week is probably overkill and we could have it run with these health
checks, or maybe make it a config to enable/disable it on the DB health check.
I'd just like to be consistent with how we do health checking type things in
Oozie so we don't end up with 5 different ways to get this sort of information;
the framework you put in here seems like a good way to do all this. Anyway,
maybe I'll think about it when I review your code hopefully sometime next week.
In the meantime, could you rebase it? It hasn't been updated for 6 months (!),
so I'd guess it won't apply cleanly anymore.
