Description:
It would be useful to have an action trigger on timeout of coord
(https://oozie.apache.org/docs/4.2.0/CoordinatorFunctionalSpec.html#a6.1.3.2._Coordinator_Action_Status).
Right now we have {{<timeout>X</timeout>}}, it would be cool if we had
{{<timeout action="alpha">X</timeout>}}. That way one could send an email,
delete a file, touch a _SUCCESS file, etc. It would more flexibility.
