When using both the CLI and the Java API, when supplying a value of -1 for
`len`, the default number of results (50) is returned.
Prior to our upgrade to CDH 5.5.1, passing in a value of -1 returned all jobs,
which was the desirable behavior.
Is there a new, different way of executing an unbounded query? If not, is this
a bug or somehow configurable?
