I forgot to mention this when I posted the patch for OOZIE-2590, but we don't
actually need any DB changes! The PoC, using the AM pool, had to keep track of
the node host and port that the container ran on (two new columns), but with
just using the AM Launcher, we only need the App ID, which we already have a
column for, so no DB changes are needed. I'll make sure to update that in the
doc.
