Currently Oozie does not have a mechanism that allows control over what
sensitive information is logged. For example OOZIE-2244 fixes it for Sqoop
action, but there is also, if some arguments pass sensitive information with
argument names not checked by the patch, it will be logged.
We need a mechanism to generically address this across all actions with
capability to identify sensitive information by name or other attributes
