Do not like the fact that this is backward incompatible, but considering that 
durationDelay was never reported due to inconsistencies in timeunit, it is ok. 
Also reporting in milliseconds instead of minutes avoids loss of information. 
It would be better to keep everything consistent and I would suggest doing the 
same for start and end delays as well.
