Previous patch broke TestMapReduceActionExecutor#testConfigDefaultPropsToAction
In this patch, LiteWorkflowAppParser parse checks whether a subworkflow is
being handled. If so, configDefault is not passed to handleDefaultsAndGlobal().
Note it is not necessary because this information (properties defined in
configDefault) is available later ( parent's config contains those properties
updated with runtime settings in SubWorkflowActionExecutor's start() ).
