I looked around a bit on their website, and unfortunately, it looks like
they're no longer offering any of their extjs versions for direct download (you
have to submit an email or get a trial or something). So this time, I bet it
won't be temporary this time, like it has in the past.
Perhaps we need to host a copy on the Apache Oozie website? I'm not sure if
that's okay with the license or Apache though.
Alternatively, Cloudera hosts a copy here:
http://archive.cloudera.com/gplextras/misc/ext-2.2.zip. Maybe we should just
update the docs to point there?
(in the meantime, feel free to download a copy of it from there)
