Once Hadoop 2.8.0 becomes the minimum supported Hadoop version, we should
upgrade HttpClient to 4.4 (or a newer one if available). Previous versions are
not compatible due to HADOOP-11859, which was added in Hadoop 2.8.0. See
OOZIE-2679.
