Fix For: 4.3.0
Oozie {{test-patch}} downloads and uses the {{jira-cli-2.6.0-distribution.zip}}
for updating the Jira at the end of {{test-patch}} script.
Due to some redirection in the download url, {{test-patch}} is not able to
download the package and fails to update the Jira.
