Description: Once Hadoop 2.8.0, 2.7.4, or 3.0.0-alpha1 becomes the minimum
supported Hadoop version, we should upgrade HttpClient to 4.4 (or a newer one
if available). Previous versions are not compatible due to HADOOP-11859, which
