For configuration entries it would be nice to have their names to express their
units of measure as well. Right now it's impossible without reading the
documentation, sometimes even [*with reading the documentation*|OOZIE-2758] to
tell what is the unit of measure of a configuration value.
Suggestion here is to employ a postfix like that:
* {{oozie.action.retry.interval}} -> {{oozie.action.retry.interval.seconds}}
* {{oozie.service.LiteWorkflowStoreService.user.retry.inteval}} ->
{{oozie.service.LiteWorkflowStoreService.user.retry.inteval.minutes}}
It would also be nice to employ
[{{TimeUnit}}|https://docs.oracle.com/javase/7/docs/api/java/util/concurrent/TimeUnit.html]
within {{Configuration}} code where applicable.
