Description:
Two related tasks for this JIRA:
# We should port the changes made by OOZIE-2316 (Drop Hadoop 1 and 0.23) to the
master branch. OOZIE-2316 is only in the oya branch. (This should also fix
the fact that the {{hadoop-3}} profile currently fails to build due to a pom
mistake.)
# Update the Oozie version to 5.0.0-SNAPSHOT. It's currently 4.4.0-SNAPSHOT.
Use the {{mvn versions:set -DnewVersion=5.0.0-SNAPSHOT}} command. And update
the change-log.txt
