Pre-commit build logs contain errors like the following

rm: cannot remove 'distro/downloads/*': No such file or directory
rm: invalid option -- '.'
Try 'rm --help' for more information.

As Tomcat is not downloaded anymore, oozie-trunk-precommit-build jenkins job
should be updated.
