To provide a way for users to get JAR's, shared libraries and other binary
artifacts on their cluster, perhaps a Maven action could be crafted. One could
use a Maven POM file using the
[maven-dependency-plugin|https://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-dependency-plugin/examples/copying-project-dependencies.html]
which would be the desired artifacts from a Maven repository for later Oozie
jobs to use.
