Summary: consolidate hadoop versions in pomfiles

There are some hadoop versions from the old days which can be set separately.
-Dhadoop.auth.version=<version> - defaults to hadoop version
-Ddistcp.version=<version> - defaults to hadoop version
They could be consolidated down to hadoop.version
