We've removed the call of {{getLauncherClasses}} in 
{{core/src/main/java/org/apache/oozie/action/hadoop/DistcpActionExecutor.java 
}} 
We should validate that this does not caused a regression and remove the 
function or add this call back with some tests if it causes issues.
