Thanks for the patch [~asasvari]!
Please rename DB_VERSION_FOR_5_0 to DB_VERSION_PRE_5_0 and use the name
DB_VERSION_FOR_5_0 instead of DB_VERSION_FOR_5_1 I think this would be more
consistent naming.
Did you manage to measure the improvements the new indexes give?
