Julia Kinga Marton resolved OOZIE-3025.

Resolution: Won't Fix
As we discussed with [~gezapeti], there is no need to move this files from the
root, since is assumed that they are running in a Yarn container so it will be
cleaned up by Yarn.
When running the unit tests, the created files are deleted. This is fixed in
OOZIE-3145
