When rerunning a workflow one can specify the nodes to be skipped as per
[documentation|https://oozie.apache.org/docs/5.0.0/DG_WorkflowReRun.html].
In case one of the nodes is a
[subworkflow|https://oozie.apache.org/docs/5.0.0/WorkflowFunctionalSpec.html#a3.2.5_Sub-workflow_Action],
a mechanism should exist to specify what nodes to skip within the subworkflow.
