Some ideas:
1. We could display "Start time" in every case
2. If a WF was started from a Coordinator, seeing the instance number is
informational
3. We should consider displaying other coordinator-related info: frequency,
concurrency, throttle, etc. Not necessarily in this view, but it could be a
hoverbox that's displayed when a mouse pointer hovers over the coord instance
name
4. Some users might prefer to see all WFs in a single table
