Description:
If the default umask of HDFS does not include world read then the Oozie
sharelib gets created accordingly, and then the jars can not be read at runtime
because Oozie workflows impersonate the submitting user.
The 'oozie-setup.sh sharelib create' command should ensure that the installed
jars are world readable.
