Using OpenJDK 11 I am not able to build Oozie using {{mvn clean install}}.

I found two issues:
 * Fluent job API build fails due to Jaxb2 maven plugin.
 * No {{com.sun.tools.}} package is available so *TestMetricsInstrumentation* 
will not work.
