XSD Schema mentioned in the documentation is different from source code. This
is true for both 0.1, 0.2 versions
In 0.1, for type BUNDLE-APP, for attribute "name", type in source code is
"string", but in documentation it is mentioned as "IDENTIFIER"
In 0.2, for type COORDINATOR, for attribute "name", type in source code is
"string", but in documentation it is mentioned as "IDENTIFIER"
