Fix For: 5.2.0
Oozie does not define the {{commons-beanutils}} version, so we end up having
multiple versions. In my last compilation we have 1.7.0, 1.9.1, and 1.9.3 at
the same time.
Let's consolidate it and use the latest 1.9.4 everywhere.
