Thanks for the RC

-Checksums and signatures are good.

I did successfully the following:

-Compiled Oozie with Java8 and Java11.
-Unit test run with timeout increase.
-Installed Oozie with pseudo distributed hadoop
-Checked Oozie UI (after installing extjs)
-Run the following examples: spark, pyspark, bundle, datelist-java-main,
map-reduce, no-op, pig, sqoop, java-main, shell
