The How to Contribute page (
[https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OOZIE/How+To+Contribute] ) is
quite obsolete, we need to update it.
A few problems:
* JDK 1.6: We use JDK 1.8
* Maven 3.0: The minimum required version is 3.5.3 ( OOZIE-3557 )
* The documentation suggest to use {{diff --no-prefix}} but it gave an error
in precommit ( [https://ci-hadoop.apache.org/job/PreCommit-OOZIE-Build/56/] )
* we should emphasise that we don't support pull requests yet so patches has
to be uploaded to the Jira
* I'm not sure what should be use for review tools? Originally we used
reviewboard, but that's quite obsolete. Using github pull request is easy, but
it's confusing because we don't really support it.
To be honest I'm not sure if a separate wiki page is the best place for this
info. But moving this (maybe to a simple {{CONTRIBUTING.md}} file) is for an
other jira.
