The problems are purely Oracle internal and therefore affect Rich Levinson,
Prateek Mishra and me. I initially thought that the approvals we got when we
started the project would suffice, but apparently not. It is not really about
the licensing, but more about resource allocation.

I will create a JIRA account and let you know.

Could you create a JIRA account + I will change the project lead over? Could
you clarify what the remaining licensing issues are? Are the other developers
listed in the proposal affected by this as well?

Glad to take project lead role as long as the fact I can currently commit will
cause problems. Not sure how soon I can resolve license issue.
