Hi dev team, According to my experience of the incubator release vote, one suggestion, the release includes various binding languages, but I can only find compiling guide doc for Rust(core), python, and nodejs. But I can see Java binding is released. I figured out the compiling just because I am a Java developer. Please make sure your compiling docs are clear and reproducible. At the ASF, the source tar is our release, so, let's be clear about our boundaries of release vote.
Also, as other source codes are not ready, please exclude them from the source tar.
