How a community goes, developers and users are important, but meanwhile,
during incubating, releases, new release managers, decision made process
are important too.
I can see we are on the right track, just remind, we should mention those
in the report to Incubator.

There are a little conflicts of your descriptions. You mentioned there are
3 issues to address before toward graduation, and here, it is nearly
graduation, which usually refers to most are set, we are rechecking
anything missing.
